Flavour Analysis

Soy sauce opens with a powerful salty character, then deepens into koji, toast and kombu dashi. A wheat note lends grainy sweetness, with a caramel note adding warm sweetness, and yeast and prosciutto notes give the profile a nuanced, persistent finish.
