Flavour Analysis

Aji’s flavour profile spans several dimensions: insistent fiery sensation, mango, passion fruit and kombu dashi. A sardine note adds clear pungent fishiness. A grapefruit note contributes crisp aroma, and apricot and seaweed notes give the profile a finish that moves from the familiar to the unexpected.
